Terms of Use

These conditions govern every visit, search, and use of content on Dunn County Criminal History. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and produce no consumer report, credit report, or background check. The same restriction applies to how visitors use linked results. They may not be used to:

  • Make a hiring or termination choice
  • Evaluate a renter or applicant for housing
  • Set an insurance rate or assess creditworthiness
  • Decide eligibility for a permit, license, or public program
  • Support any other decision regulated by the FCRA

A lawful regulated check must come from an authorized official channel or an FCRA-compliant provider.

5. No Legal Advice

6. No Warranties
